Getting Started with myTIME

Welcome to myTIME's Online Help.

This guide helps you to navigate myTIME and understand the tabs and features available:

• Home. View announcements, clock in/out for a shift, download your calendar, request changes to your shifts.
• Calendar. View all of your shifts for the month, including any shift change requests. Managers can also view their team member calendars.
• Requests. View shift change requests for yourself and your team (managers only). Browse shift swaps for colleagues who share the same job title and location as you. You can accept the shift swap for any of the requests listed.
• New Request. Submit a new shift change request, including shift swaps.
